• Initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, goals, budget, and site conditions.
• We discuss ideas, expectations, and overall vision. Budget & Aesthetics are the conditions.
• Communication is Vital. This will lead us all to a fulfilling process.
--- Conceptual Design ---
• Understanding your vision & ideas, and assessing the space.
• Development of a design concept and project strategy.
• Scope of work, timeline, and estimated costs for approval.
--- 2D&3D Documents ---
• We Prepare detailed 2D & 3D architectural documentation required for construction.
• Full specification list. Fixings and appliances.
• Joinery design & drawings. 2D & 3D.
• Tiling, paint, electrical and plumbing plans.
--- Builder & Trades ---
• Leave stress on us. We'll deal with trades, monitoring progress and solving unexpected issues.
• On-site visits for supervision to ensure the project is built according to the design, quality standards, and agreed timeline.
